We know the care and pride our customers have in their equipment, so we take care of your machines as if they were our own. We also know that your projects are often time sensitive, so we pride ourselves in getting you back to embroidery as quickly as possible. We offer on-site service, or you can drop your machine off at our office for repair.
Our Preventive Maintenance Services Include:
- Adjust head center, upper stop, needle depth, hook timing, hook spacing, take up timing.
- Remove, clean, and de-burr rotary hooks. Then re-install and reset hook timing (New hooks will be installed if needed)
- Trimmer, wiper and picker mechanisms checked and reset to factory specs (New parts will be installed if needed)
Inspect timing belts and axis belts, check pantograph for smooth operation - Grease and re-lubricate machine per factory specifications
- Head removal and inspection if machine has not been inspected for more than 5 years
