Embroidery is typically priced on a cost per thousand stitch basis. Because every job is different, embroiderers must estimate the stitch count in order to provide customers with pricing for the particular logo or design that they wish to have embroidered. As a customer, knowing your embroidery stitch count enables you to more accurately estimate the cost of a job, and compare prices from multiple vendors prior to ordering.
The chart will help you understand the Stitches in your embroidered artwork:

John is so patient and explain everything as he walk you through the embroidery machine functions. Before you purchase you are trained on how to use it and I have to say I learned so much in one day from John and his staff! The customer service is 100% the best!! Being able to get assistance if anything do come up is awesome too the response is quick and so helpful after I have a user error. but only a couple LOL. I took my embroidery machine home that day I embroidered my first hat at home the Happy machine is so user friendly with the training you get before purchase makes it even better!!
