Step 1:
Submit your design and we will clean it up and determine the best way to embroider it to your custom apparel. Then we sew a sample on plain material.
Step 2:
We have a huge selection of custom clamps and magnetic hoops to hold your garment so there will be no hoop burns or damage to your garment during production.
Step 3:
Each piece goes through quality assurance, wherein additional fabric or stitches are trimmed and cleaned up, and every piece is checked, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and total accuracy.
Step 4:
We ship the order right to your door along with a UPS tracking number and guaranteed delivery date.

By far this is the best embroidery company I have ever been to and I have been to many! It started with a demonstration of the machine I was interested in. John is so patient and explain everything as he walk you through the embroidery machine functions. Before you purchase you are trained on how to use it and I have to say I learned so much in one day from John and his staff! The customer service is 100% the best!! Being able to get assistance if anything do come up is awesome too the response is quick and so helpful after I have a user error. but only a couple LOL. I took my embroidery machine home that day I embroidered my first hat at home the Happy machine is so user friendly with the training you get before purchase makes it even better!!
