This warranty applies to all new Happy-Japan and XT Pro embroidery machines sold by Dr DTG & EMB.
7 Year Coverage
Drive Train Components including Main motor, Bushings, Bearings, Cams, Gears, Pulleys, Sprockets, Belts, Chains, Shafts, Drive Cables, and Frame Drive Rails.
2 Year Coverage
Electrical Components including Wiring Harnesses/Cables, Motors, Solenoids, Switches, Sensors, Rotary Encoders, Fans, Noise Filters, Transformers, Light Fixtures, Printed Circuit Boards/Cards, Controller, Disk Drives, Rotary Encoders, and Potentiometers.
Exclusions
This warranty covers defects encountered during normal use and does not apply to damage or failure due to: abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or acts of God, failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions provided, improper maintenance or lubrication, improper adjustments or modifications to the machine, the installation or use of non-approved parts or accessories. This warranty does not apply to: consumable and/or expendable components, including, but not limited to needles, bobbin cases, bulbs, fuses, air filters, needle bar reciprocators, plastic spiral bevel gears, etc.; losses or damage to goods, or other property damage arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the machine; shipping of warranty parts; travel expenses incurred while providing services pursuant to this warranty.

By far this is the best embroidery company I have ever been to and I have been to many! It started with a demonstration of the machine I was interested in. John is so patient and explain everything as he walk you through the embroidery machine functions. Before you purchase you are trained on how to use it and I have to say I learned so much in one day from John and his staff! The customer service is 100% the best!! Being able to get assistance if anything do come up is awesome too the response is quick and so helpful after I have a user error. but only a couple LOL. I took my embroidery machine home that day I embroidered my first hat at home the Happy machine is so user friendly with the training you get before purchase makes it even better!!
